Looking for a quick and easy gut-boosting snack, try out these morish yoghurt cups! Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt1 serve of Raw Honey Probiotic Concentrate - Original Flavour2 tablespoons Organic Hemp Seed infused Raw Honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract2-3 fresh strawberries, sliced1/3-1/2 cup fresh blueberries2-3 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes   Method: In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, probiotic concentrate, honey, and vanilla until well combined. We’ve got the perfect warm drink to compliment those cooler Spring nights! Have a go making this Honey and Lemon Hot Toddy mocktail. To create this drink at home simply pour the following ingredients into a large mug or glass: 1 tbsp of your favourite Meluka Australia honey 1 tsp of lemon juice 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp of ground cloves 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg Then, pour in one and a half cups of warm tea and stir gently. Add a lemon wedge for garnish and enjoy while warm!
